The 21st Floor Continuum - Mr. Amar Lalwani
Located on the 21st floor, this residence is conceived as a continuous spatial experience rather than a collection of rooms. The living–dining area unfolds as a single elongated volume, defined through furniture, material transitions, and geometry instead of walls. A restrained grey palette, black linear elements, and Italian panelling establish order, while a curved blue insert anchors the dining space as a moment of interruption. The balcony extends the interior experience towards the skyline. In contrast, the bedrooms express individual identities: a calm beige master suite with curved detailing, a boho-chic room with a wooden poster bed, and a tropical room enriched with green accents and botanical wallpaper.
