Born and brought up in London, Mr. Hitesh Patel aspired to have a similar feel of clean lines, hygienic and visually appealing landscape for his residence in the city of Anand. The landscape thus follows a minimalistic vocabulary with the use of only mounds, shrubs and a large expanse of lawn terminating with a Gazebo in the rear of the house.

Mr. Hitesh, a patient of Hay fever was allergic to pollens which led to cutting down of a number of flowering plant species. In order to avoid any direct contact with the plantation, the house is bounded with interesting paving patterns leading to the rear and front garden.
